Client Profile: Degh Tegh Community Kitchen, Canada is a Youth Oriented Non-Profit Organization that Provides Meals and Aid to those in need following our Guru's and the Principles of Sikhism. Deg, Teg, Fateh

Degh Tegh Community Kitchen provide less fortunate people with hot meals and non-perishable items. Following three simple principles. Naam Japo, Kirat Karo and Vand Chako. Recite God's name, earn an honest living, and selflessly serve others.

As a food truck designer for a Canadian Sikh langar community, we had the unique opportunity to work remotely from India and create a brand identity that was representative of their culture and values.

We began the design process by researching the langar tradition and understanding the importance of community and equality in Sikh culture. We then used this knowledge to create a logo and theme that was not only visually appealing but also communicated the values of the community.

The branding was implemented across all possible media, including the food truck itself, menus, social media, and advertising. We even created custom apparel and merchandise for the community to wear and promote their values and culture.
